Upcoming Speaking Engagements

Steve "Tango" Tourangeau
President and Co-founder
Event Information
- Kittyhawk Week Technical Interchange Meeting
- June 12-14, 2018
- Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH
Mr. Steve “Tango” Tourangeau, President and Co-founder of Warrior Support Solutions, LLC, is designated to speak at the upcoming annual Kittyhawk Week Technical Interchange Meeting being held on 12-14 June 2018 near Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH, with many members of Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) in attendance. A link to this year’s event can be found here: http://www.kittyhawkaoc.org/kittyhawk-week-2018/. This year’s theme is, “The Future: Leveraging Autonomy for Cognitive EW/ISR.” Mr. Tourangeau will speak on the current state of Air Force EW Plans and Programs. While we await marching orders from the ongoing planning efforts of the EW/EMS Superiority ECCT, Tango continues to spread the word on how the Air Force is fulfilling Electronic Warfare needs across its platforms. Recent global events have magnified the need for a cohesive approach to EW/EMSO in the Air Force. Current program activities such as F-15 and Combat Rescue Helicopter will play a strong hand into where the Air Force can go from here. Mr. Tourangeau will present a comprehensive report on AF EW programs, and if possible, provide an update (by himself or by a proxy) on the AF EW/EMS Superiority ECCT.
We hope you can attend this event in person to hear Steve speak.

Melinda Tourangeau
Vice-President-Technology Development
Event Information
- Electronic Warfare Europe
- June 5-7, 2018
- Congrés Beaulieu, Lausanne
Melinda Tourangeau, Vice-President-Technology Development at Warrior Support Solutions, LLC, was selected to present at this year’s AOC EW Europe (https://www.eweurope.com/conference-programme), being held June 5-7, 2018, in Lausanne, Switzerland. This year’s conference theme is, “Innovation & Evolution in Global Electromagnetic Operations.” Ms. Tourangeau’s presentation is, “Concepts, Collaborative, Coalition and Culture: The New C4 for Electronic Warfare.” The premise for her presentation is based on the circumstance that the United States, nor any allied nation, will ever fight alone again. The future of warfare is too complex to have the U.S. and its allies showing up to an engagement and expect to collaborate real-time. Addressing these challenges means the Global EW Community is entering an era of discernable culture change. Tenants of culture change will be presented in the context of raising awareness and inspiring each person to own his or her piece of the complex battlespace. The listener will be enlightened with insight into the importance of concepts, the essence of Collaborative EW, the nature of coalition partnering, and how these features define the new Electronic Warfare culture.
We hope you can attend this amazing event to hear Melinda speak in person. The link for registering for the conference can be found here: https://clarion.circdata-solutions.co.uk/microsites/rfg/publish/EWE18/simplereg.aspx.

President and Co-founder
Event Information
- 10th Annual EW Capability Gaps and Enabling Technologies Conference
- May 8-10, 2018
- Crane, Indiana
Mr. Steve “Tango” Tourangeau, President and Co-founder of Warrior Support Solutions, LLC, is designated to speak at the upcoming 10th Annual EW Capability Gaps and Enabling Technologies Conference, being held on 8-10 May, 2018, at Crane, IN. A link to the event can be found here: http://www.crows.org/?page=10thCapGapsCrane. Mr. Tourangeau will be speaking on the current state of Air Force Plans and Programs in Electronic Warfare. This information is vital to be passed along to members of the other services such as the Navy, whom will dominate attendance at this event. Each Service branch must share the same information about developments in Electronic Warfare, in order to effectively collaborate on solutions that will provide leap-ahead technologies for the next engagement. The DoD must avoid spending precious resources on similar programs that are intended to fill similar functions in theatre. Mr. Tourangeau intends to present a more seamless approach to Electronic Warfare and EMSO undertakings, breaking down legacy silos for research, development, and deployment. The next engagement will be in the electromagnetic spectrum which has no borders: our military must work with similar respect in this space.
We hope you can attend this event in person to hear Steve speak. Attendees must be members of the AOC; additional instructions to register can be found here: https://www.crows.org/events/register.aspx?id=1058713&itemid=4cde456b-cba4-4c10-9dd3-a079c3696b33
