- Use Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) to co-author AF EW Vision (EV2030)
- Conduct thorough research on EW projects to guide decision making
- Write EW/EMSO position papers, industry briefs, subject matter articles, and reports
- Direct essential communication among stakeholders to foster collaboration across the Armed Services for joint EW/EMSO capabilities
