  • Authored two Congressional reports in response to 2019 and 2021 NDAAs
  • Presented key briefings at domestic & international EMSO/Cyberspace symposiums
  • Penned articles and position papers on relevant topics for professional journals
  • Prepared and submitted winning proposal for the USAF EW/EMS Superiority ECCT

  • Manage several DoD acquisition/production programs valued at $0.5-$15M
  • Use Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) to co-author AF EVision (EV2030)
  • Conduct thorough research on EW projects to guide decision making
  • Write EW/EMSO position papers, industry briefs, subject matter articles, and reports
  • Direct essential communication among stakeholders to foster collaboration across the Armed Services for joint EW/EMSO  capabilities
